Alexander Obeng, MS, MPH, brings more than five years of expertise as a Community Health Specialist. Previously, Alexander worked with the Fairfax County Health Department, one of the largest and most affluent counties in Virginia. He realized that size did not guarantee the best safety and healthcare outcomes for adults with disabilities. This insight inspired him to establish Eveready Healthcare Training Center and Eveready Residential Support Services in 2016 and 2020 respectively. Alexander believes that person-centered care is paramount, taking precedence over business policies and procedures. He is certified as both a Person-Centered and Therapeutic Options Instructor, enabling him to train and recruit Direct Support Professionals dedicated to providing quality care for adults with developmental disabilities throughout Virginia.

Mr. Obeng is recognized as a leader in the group home sector and is highly regarded within his community. His unique blend of experience in Public Health and group home management gives him a deep understanding of the needs of residents and their families. He earned two master’s degrees from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA: a Master of Science in Health Systems Management in 2006 and a Master of Public Health in 2012.

Alexander is actively involved in the daily operations of his family-owned business. His experience and passion motivate his team, ensuring they strive to surpass the expectations of both individuals and families.
